LEGAL CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF “ONLINE” TICKETS THROUGH THE WEBSITE

You are formalizing a commercial transaction with JARDINS BLAU MARI SL (hereinafter, THE ORGANIZER ), with CIF ES/B-23827470 and address at Muelle de Barcelona 02, WTCB building F, 08039 Barcelona (España) .

In compliance with the provisions of article 10 of the Law on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (Law 34/2002), we inform you that THE ORGANIZER is a limited company whose domain has been registered in the Mercantile Registry.

The sale of tickets is understood to be carried out at our registered office and the purchase implies the acceptance of the general conditions at the time of purchase.

The following conditions of sale are intended to establish the terms and explain the details of the purchase of tickets by users, as well as the rights and obligations inherent in the ticket or tickets purchased.

1. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

The ORGANIZER offers anyone interested the possibility of purchasing tickets via the Internet to attend the different shows it organizes. Users who access this section voluntarily assume and undertake to respect the terms and conditions of the sales contract.

2. FORMALIZATION OF THE PURCHASE

From the moment the user makes the purchase, he will be called the BUYER and will be bound to THE ORGANIZER.

The purchase has a binding contractual nature. The BUYER undertakes to provide correct data and not to enter third-party data.

Receipt of the order will be confirmed by email or other media without delay, at which point the purchase will be considered complete.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The purchase implies the acceptance of the following conditions:

A) The entrance has security measures. Its authenticity is not guaranteed if it has not been purchased through official channels. Manipulated, falsified or illegally acquired entries can lead to denial of access.

B) The number of tickets, price and location are chosen by the BUYER and cannot be modified once the purchase has been completed.

C) Entries can be printed or saved in PDF. In case of technical problems, they must be picked up at the box office one hour in advance presenting:

  • Payment card used

  • ID card or passport

  • Purchase confirmation

D) The amount will only be returned in case of cancellation of the event, within a period of 30 days. Additional expenses (travel, accommodation, etc.) will not be reimbursed.

Non-attendance or errors in the purchase will not entitle you to a refund.

E) The ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify dates, times, programs or artists, as well as to suspend the show.

4. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND STAY

A) The ORGANIZER reserves the right of admission. The minimum age is 16 years (accompanied minors).

B) For security reasons, records can be made. It is prohibited:

  • Introduce alcohol, weapons or dangerous objects

  • Remove violent symbols

  • Access under the influence of substances

C) You can deny access or expel attendees who break the rules or create a risk.

D) Image and intellectual property rights are reserved. The public can appear in promotional images.

In case of video surveillance, the images will be treated for security purposes. Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition can be exercised.

5. USE OF TICKETS

A) The tickets must be guarded as if they were money. The owner assumes responsibility in case of copying or falsification.

B) The ORGANIZER is not responsible for loss, theft or personal items.

C) They cannot be used for commercial purposes without express authorization.

6. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

According to the data protection regulations, the data of the buyers will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of the ORGANIZER in order to manage the purchase.
