LEGAL CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING TICKETS “ONLINE” THROUGH THE WEBSITE
You are formalizing a commercial transaction with JARDINS BLAU MARI SL (hereinafter, THE ORGANIZER ), with CIF ES/B-23827470 and address at Moll de Barcelona 02, WTCB building F, 08039 Barcelona (Spain) .

In compliance with the provisions of article 10 of the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (Law 34/2002), we inform you that THE ORGANIZER is a limited company whose domain has been registered in the Mercantile Registry.
The sale of tickets is understood to be made at our registered office and the purchase implies acceptance of the general conditions at the time of purchase.
The following conditions of sale are intended to establish the terms and explain the details of the ticket purchase operation by users, as well as the rights and obligations inherent in the ticket or tickets purchased.
1. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
THE ORGANIZER offers any interested person the possibility of purchasing tickets via the Internet to attend the different shows it organizes. Users who access this section voluntarily assume and undertake to respect the terms and conditions of the purchase contract.
2. FORMALIZATION OF THE PURCHASE AND SALE
From the moment the user makes the purchase, he will be called the BUYER and will be obligated to THE ORGANIZER.
The purchase is contractually binding. The BUYER undertakes to provide correct data and not to enter data from third parties.
Receipt of the order will be confirmed by email or other means without delay, at which point the sale will be considered completed.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND SALE
The purchase implies acceptance of the following conditions:
A) The ticket has security measures. Its authenticity is not guaranteed if it has not been purchased through official channels. Manipulated, counterfeit or illegally purchased tickets may result in denial of access.
B) The number of tickets, price and location are chosen by the BUYER and cannot be modified once the purchase has been completed.
C) Tickets can be printed or saved as PDF. In case of technical problems, they must be collected at the box office one hour in advance presenting:
Payment card used
ID card or passport
Purchase confirmation
D) The amount will only be refunded in the event of cancellation of the event, within a period of 30 days. Additional expenses (travel, accommodation, etc.) will not be reimbursed.
Non-attendance or errors in the purchase do not give the right to a refund.
E) THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify dates, times, programs or artists, as well as suspend the show.
4. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND STAY
A) THE ORGANIZER reserves the right of admission. The minimum age is 16 years (accompanied minors).
B) For security reasons, searches may be carried out. It is prohibited:
Bringing in alcohol, weapons or dangerous objects
Wearing violent symbols
Access under the influence of substances
C) Attendees who break the rules or pose a risk may be denied access or expelled.
D) Image and intellectual property rights are reserved. The public may appear in promotional images.
In the event of video surveillance, the images will be processed for security purposes. Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition can be exercised.
5. USE OF TICKETS
A) Tickets must be kept as if they were money. The holder assumes responsibility in the event of copying or forgery.
B) THE ORGANIZER is not responsible for loss, theft or personal items.
C) They cannot be used for commercial purposes without express authorization.
6. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
In accordance with data protection regulations, the buyers’ data will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of THE ORGANIZER for the purpose of managing the purchase.
If the buyer does not authorize commercial uses, no further communications will be made.

7. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation.
For any conflict, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona , waiving any other jurisdiction.
